Training

We use the term ‘training’ in its loosest sense here. Training implies one way behaviour in that the person conducting the training is active while the person being trained is passive. At New Dawn, that could not be further from the truth. While it is true that the learner is dependent upon the person who is training to guide the way, the learner needs to be pro-active in their learning and own their own development.

Here at New Dawn, we wish to help people to use their own skills and talents to develop and our training programmes are designed to act as a catalyst to allow people to develop at their own pace using those skills and talent. Our programmes are designed to allow a blended approach with a mix of personal study and reflection, trainer led modules by way of remote face to face sessions, assessments and examinations. Ultimately, our objective is to enable someone to carry out their job function and be the best that they can be.

We who work at New Dawn have our own special skills and talents which allow us to be the best they we can be. We have a real desire to go the extra mile with anyone who puts their faith and trust in us. It is for that reason that once we have agreed to train someone, we will provide support both throughout the learning schedule and the down time between events. We will build in regular ‘touch points’ to engage with learners in order to ensure that they are on track and have no impediments to their learning. We are with them all the way.

We do not expect you to read what we write and trust us immediately. Trust is developed over time and is based on our credibility, our reliability, our warmth and our lack of self interest. Why not contact us today and start the journey now?
